SUPERVISION AND OVERSIGHT
All high school mentors and Program facilitators undergo a thorough screening process which includes background checks and reference verification.
Mandatory training is provided to mentors to equip them with skills in mentorship, child protection, and appropriate conduct guidelines.
Clear guidelines and a code of conduct are established for mentors, mentees, and program staff, outlining expectations for behavior and interaction within the program.
Emphasis is placed on maintaining respectful and professional relationships between mentors and mentees at all times.
Program Facilitators oversee and monitor mentor-mentee relationships, ensuring that interactions are appropriate and beneficial.
Regular check-ins and bi-weekly progress reports are conducted to assess relationship dynamics and ensure the well-being of participants.
